Ulta Nail Laquer in Peach Parfait

Peach parfait is a peachy, light coral color. It's bright and perfect for summer. This nail polish came in a mini set of four, along with Fushsamania, Blue Streak, and Tutu Cute. The full size retails for 6$ and I really like them. All four are cream finishes which are probably my favorite finish of nail polish besides glitter polishes.

INGLOT haul!

I have been lusting over Inglot eyeshadows ever since I first heard about them and now finally got my hands on some :) I've heard nothing but good things about these eyeshadows and from pictures and videos, I could tell they were good quality. They are incredibly smooth and the most pigmented eyeshadows I've ever seen, and the best part is, they are very affordable. For those of you who aren't familiar with Inglot, they have a freedom system where you can make your own custom palettes. Eye shadows pans come in a square shape or circle. The square shadows are 5$ and the 10-pan palette is 10$.
The eyeshadows come in 5 different finishes:
-AMC Shine: metallic sheen with shimmer
-AMC: matte with shimmer
-Double Sparkle matte with iridescent shimmer
-Matte: flat color, no shine or shimmer
-Pearl: pearled sheen

top row: Matte 318, Pearl 435, AMC Shine 24, Matte 372, Matte 340
bottom row: DS 494, DS 493, Pearl 402, DS 457, DS 498

it also came with two samples, of their Under Makeup Base and their Cream Foundation.

I'm so happy with my purchase and I love all the shades that I got. I do recommend if you want to get some of these shadows, to research on google, youtube videos, blogs, etc. because the shades don't have names, only finish accompanied by a number so it can be really difficult to choose colors. I must have spent hours looking up different colors before I chose these.
I absolutely cannot wait to play with these, they are simply amazing. Expect a bunch of FOTD's in the future :)

xoxo.

Drugstore Foundation Routine

My favorite part of summer is getting more color to my skin. I love being tan but I absolutely hate that I have to replace my face products every time I get a shade darker. Since I'm currently not in the market to replace high end products or try new ones,  I decided to find things that are more affordable that I can use for now.

Revlon PhotoReady Foundation.

I love using this foundation in the summer because it doesn't feel heavy at all on your skin and it also gives you a nice dewy glow. I'd say it was a medium coverage, but can be buildable. Despite the name, I don't think this would be too great for flash photography, being that it has SPF in it, which can cause a white cast in photos. My only other complaint, which isn't necessarily the foundation's fault, is the shade.  I have shade 008 Golden Beige here, and it's too beige-y for my skin. I have olive skin so I have to find foundations that have strong yellow tones in them, which is quite difficult for me to find especially with drugstore foundations because you can't swatch them before you purchase. I use this with an ELF Powder Brush (shown below).

Physician's Formula Gentle Cover Concealer in Green

I had never used a color correcting concealer before I bought this, and I'm glad I did. Green concealers counteract redness, so before I put on my foundation I use this over any redness I have. It covers well, but sometimes when I have acne spots to cover up, this isn't enough so I use this with Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer over top, which is super heavy duty and that combo usually does the job quite nicely.

ELF Undereye Concealer/Highlighter

This is what I use for underneath my eyes. I apply it underneath my eyes after my foundation. It's definitely light coverage, but luckily I don't have crazy bags to cover up so if you do, you might not like this concealer. It's double ended and has a highlighter side, which I rarely ever use because I feel like it doesn't show up at all or "highlight" anything.

ELF Clarifying Powder in Light Beige

I bought this yesterday because I ran out of my MAC Careblend Powder and I love it. I've been wearing it today for about 5 hours so far and my skin isn't oily at all and I have really oily skin. For being only 1$, I was really surprised by the pigmentation it has. The coverage almost reminds me of MAC Studio Fix Powder. I'd say it was medium coverage and if you have acne prone skin I'd definitely recommend this because it covers well and contains 1% salicylic acid. I'm not sure on the color range because they only had two shades at my Target, so be aware of that if you want to get this. I use this with a Sigma F30 (Large Powder Brush)

Sigma F30 Large Powder Brush

This brush deposits powder well and you can cover a large area at a time because the brush is so large. The only complaint is that it does have some shedding. I have two of these brushes and they both shed, my other one does way more than this one though.

ELF Powder Brush

I've tried a couple different brushes for foundation and this is my favorite so far. It's really dense and blends foundation seamlessly without any streaks. The best thing is it's only 3$! My only complaints are that it gets hard to clean because it's so dense and the pharrel (part of the brush between the handle and the brush hairs) becomes loose from the handle after a couple uses, especially after washing them if water gets in there. It doesn't bother me much, but it might bother some.

Hope you enjoyed! xoxo.

This was my first time at a Cosmetic Company Outlet. I was a little disappointed because they didn't have much to chose from and most of the things I wanted that were on display, they didn't have in stock anymore. I got:
-Eversun Blush (from Style Warriors Collection)
a peachy, bronze shade with gold shimmer
-Dreammaker e/s (from Starflash Collection)
a frosty golden yellow shade
-Memorabilia e/s (from Original's Collection)
